H.O.M.E. stands for Household and Outside Maintenance for the Elderly. H.O.M.E. provides low cost services that help seniors continue to live independently in their homes. Our core staff along with a network of skilled workers and volunteers provide homemaking and home maintenance services for residents age 60 and older in many of the suburban communities of Hennepin County. Seniors contribute to the cost of the service based on their monthly income and their ability to pay. H.O.M.E. also accepts some insurance payments as well as the Elderly Waiver and the Alternative Care Grant.
