CareNextion is a unique, one-stop program that offers both convenient online resources as well as personalized telephone support to keep seniors living independently. Caregivers can also create a secure online care team of family, friends, and volunteers to help support a senior.  Tasks such as rides to the doctor, meals, and visits can be easily coordinated by utilizing the care team.  In addition to sharing these tasks, team members can report on and read journal entries about the senior, view a calendar of the person’s schedule, or even print out a care record that can be taken to doctors’ appointments.

 

For those who prefer a more individualized service, seniors and caregivers can connect with a knowledgeable SCS licensed social worker by phone or email.  This can provide a wide range of assistance, from suggestions for helpful resources to support in a difficult situation.
