Whether you love technology or are just starting out, we’ll help you use your devices to stay independent and connected. Our vetted Technology Coaches are experienced and passionate about helping older adults thrive in the digital world.

- Patient, one-on-one instruction at YOUR pace.
- Hourly rates are based on income. We can work with your and your circumstances to keep the service affordable.
To be eligible, you must live in one of the following counties: Hennepin, Wright, Sherburne, Anoka, Ramsey, Carver, or Scott. Submit a registration packet by completing the online form, downloading the materials, or contacting us to request a hard copy.
One-on-One Technology Support Clinics
Want to learn how to text your kids or check lab results on your tablet? Seeing an error message on your laptop that you don’t know what to do with? Our technology clinics are designed to help you learn new skills and troubleshoot issues on your cellphone, tablet, or laptop. Click or tap on a city to learn what community locations are available. What Can't We Help With?
If we’re unable to solve a problem or it requires service we don’t provide, we’ll do our best to suggest next steps to take. We do NOT provide help with:
- Failed hardware data recovery
- Devices owned by a company
- Business-related software or hardware
- Tax preparation, personal accounting, or other financial assistance
- Replacing or adding cable or ethernet wiring or connections inside walls or other areas difficult to access
- Hardware repair (broken screens, failed batteries, inoperable printers, etc.)
