Patrick Coughlin, Savi Security

Keynote Panelist — AI & Aging: Promise, Risk, and Real-World Impact

Breakout Session — “Your Brain is the Attack Surface” – AI Scams Targeting Aging Adults and Their Caregivers

Patrick Coughlin has spent more than twenty years in cybersecurity, building teams, products, and companies that protect governments and Fortune 500 enterprises from the world’s most sophisticated threats. When his mother was targeted by an AI-powered voice impersonation scam, he turned that expertise toward a question the security industry rarely asks: why do smart, capable people fall for scams in the first place? His approach draws from neuroscience and behavioral psychology to emphasize that falling for a scam isn’t a sign of weakness; it’s a sign that your brain is working exactly as it should.

His debut book, Dark Side of the Boom: How Scammers Hijacked the AI Revolution, is forthcoming from Fast Company Press. Patrick is the co-founder and CEO of Savi Security and lives in Los Angeles with his wife, son, and dog.

Michelle Wright, JubileeTV

Breakout Session — Caregiving, Lighter: Why Caregiving Tech Fails and How to Help Families Choose Better

Michelle Wright is VP of Marketing (Partnerships) at JubileeTV, a caregiving technology company helping families stay connected to aging loved ones through the screen they already have: the TV. She works closely with family caregivers, senior living communities, home care agencies, and assistive technology programs to understand what actually moves the needle for families navigating care. She’s not a clinician, but she has spent a lot of time talking to the people in the room on the other side of that equation – the family caregivers who are exhausted, overwhelmed, and trying to figure out what actually helps.
